Berhampur (Brahmapur) in Odisha is well known for its traditional Papads, Pickles, and Badis. Berhampur Special Rasi Masala Papad is prepared using locally sourced ingredients and traditional handmade methods. Each papad is carefully rolled and naturally sun-dried, giving it an authentic taste and crispy texture.

Over the last 4 years, our team has improved this papad based on customer feedback. Traditional sesame papads often release excess seeds while frying, so we have balanced the sesame quantity to make frying easier while maintaining the authentic flavour.

Our papads release very little oil while frying, helping keep the cooking oil cleaner. They are rolled using wheat flour powder instead of oil, which keeps the taste natural and prevents unwanted smell.

These papads are sun-dried (not machine-dried) and are handmade by skilled village women, supporting rural livelihoods.
