Product Description:
Odisha Special Nayagarh Desi Handi Guda is a traditional jaggery from Odisha, especially known in the Nayagarh region for its authentic taste and traditional preparation method. This jaggery is valued for its natural sweetness, rich flavor, and distinctive aroma.
It is prepared from pure sugarcane juice, which is slowly cooked using traditional methods in earthen pots (handi). This slow cooking process gives the jaggery its unique texture, deep color, and rich caramel-like taste, making it different from regular jaggery.
In many Odia households, Nayagarh Desi Handi Guda is commonly used to prepare traditional sweets and homemade dishes. It can also be enjoyed with roti, chuda (flattened rice), or used as a natural sweetener in everyday recipes.
Made using natural methods without artificial additives, this jaggery represents the authentic taste of Odisha’s traditional food heritage.
